Aragorn AI allows you to delete your project's final dataset. This feature is useful when you need to completely clear your existing records and start fresh.

Deleting your final dataset will completely wipe your current Final Data Set. This action cannot be undone.

  • Any production integration will lose its existing state.

  • Once deleted, you will need to run a sync to re-populate the data.

  • All re-synced data will be treated as entirely new records and processed again.

To safely delete your data project's final dataset,

  1. Navigate to the specific project whose data you need to delete.

  2. Locate and click on the Settings icon (the wrench symbol).

  3. Clicking the Settings icon will open a "DATASET ACTIONS" dropdown menu. Click on Delete Final Dataset from this list.

  4. A "DELETE FINAL DATASET" confirmation window will appear, reiterating the warnings about data loss.

  5. To prevent accidental deletion, you must manually type Delete Final DataSet into the provided text box.

  6. Once the text is entered correctly, click the red Yes, delete button to complete the process.

  7. After the deletion is complete, remember to run a new sync to begin repopulating your project with data.
