Two sync layers
Enrichment involves two projects:
Project | What to sync |
Supplementary (enrichment) project | HRIS data in the lookup project |
Main (integration) project | Reprocess after enrichment config or mapping changes |
Sync the supplementary project
The supplementary project has its own HRIS source. Sync it the same way as any project source.
Sync new updates
Pulls the latest data from the HRIS into the supplementary project.
Use when employee or manager profiles changed in the HRIS, or lookup values appear stale.
Reprocess last sync
Re-runs the last HRIS pull through current mapping without a new HRIS request. Faster when only Aragorn configuration changed.
Steps
Log in to your Aragorn AI account.
Open Data Projects and select the enrichment-type (supplementary) project.
Go to Sync history.
Choose Sync new updates or Reprocess last sync.
Confirm success in sync history.

See How to sync a source.
Sync the main project after enrichment changes
After configuring or mapping enrichment on the integration project:
Change | Action |
New enrichment link or mapping | Reprocess last sync on main project |
Supplementary HRIS data updated | Sync supplementary project, then reprocess main project |
Pre-filter, latest record, or aggregation changed | Reprocess last sync on main project |
Steps
Open the main integration project.
Go to Sync history.
Run Reprocess last sync (most common after enrichment-only changes).
Verify enriched columns in the final dataset.

The sync pipeline overview shows whether the primary source and enrichment steps need manual attention or are on auto sync.
