How to set notifications on an integration

This guide explains how to configure notifications on an integration in Aragorn AI so you receive alerts when outbound jobs fail.

What are integration notifications?

Notifications email your team when an integration job fails—so you do not need to log in daily to check status.

Example: Your Carta integration failed today prompts you to open the integration and review the failure reason.

Set a notification

  1. Log in to your Aragorn AI account.

  2. Open Integrations

  3. Select your integration.

  4. Go to Notifications.

  5. Create a notification rule

    For example, notify when the integration fails.

  6. Enter recipient email addresses.

  7. Save.

When notifications help

  • Production integrations on auto-run

  • Integrations where missed sends affect payroll or compliance

  • Teams without daily Integration Studio monitoring

For inbound HRIS sync failures, use project sync notifications instead.
