Where to find job history
Log in to your Aragorn AI account.
Open Integrations
Select your integration.
Open the job history / sync history area for that integration.
Each job represents one attempt to run the integration (manual or scheduled).
What each job shows
Detail | Description |
Job status | Success or failed for the overall run |
Failed syncs | Individual records that could not be processed (when the job otherwise completed) |
Values sent | Data values submitted for a record (for example, what was sent to Carta) |
Payload | The payload delivered or that would have been delivered to the vendor |
Successful record example
For a successful submission, you can inspect what values Aragorn AI sent to the vendor and review the payload for auditing.

When records appear under Failed syncs:
See which employee or record failed
Read why processing failed (for example, validation: required
middle_namemissing)
