How to update integration name, description, or configuration

This guide explains how to update integration settings in Aragorn AI—including name, description, and configuration export options.

What you can update

From integration Settings:

Area

Purpose

Name

Label shown on the Integrations board

Description

Context for teammates (if supported)

Download configuration

Export current integration setup for backup or recreation

API key

Generate credentials for IT to read integration output via API

Update name and description

  1. Log in to your Aragorn AI account.

  2. Open Integrations

  3. Select your integration.

  4. Go to Settings

  5. Go to General

  6. Update the integration name and description.

  7. Save.

Download integration configuration

If you need to delete and recreate an integration later:

  1. Open Settings on the integration.

  2. Use Download documentation / download configuration (exact label may vary).

  3. Save the file locally before making destructive changes.

Generate an API key

IT teams may need the same report data the integration sends to a vendor. From Settings, generate an API key so they can call the integration API.
