How to set a schedule on an integration

This guide explains how to configure and review integration schedules in Aragorn AI—when outbound integrations run automatically.

What is an integration schedule?

Every integration runs on a schedule (time of day and frequency). The schedule controls when Aragorn AI attempts to send data to your vendor.

Auto-run only works when a schedule exists and auto-run is enabled.

View all integration schedules

  1. Log in to your Aragorn AI account.

  2. Go to Integrations.

  3. Open Connections Settings

  4. Scroll to Integration schedule, enter your schedule

  5. Save connection changes

This view shows when integrations are scheduled throughout the day—for example, six integrations at 4:00 AM, three at 6:00 AM, and so on.

Why use the schedule overview

  • See scheduling conflicts before adding a new integration

  • Plan run times to spread load (integrations typically complete in under 30 seconds, but many clients scheduling the same hour can queue)

  • Download the schedule for internal planning discussions

Set a schedule on one integration

  1. Open the integration.

  2. Configure its run schedule (time, frequency, and timezone as shown in your UI).

  3. Save.

  4. Enable auto-run on schedule when ready for automatic sends.
